CBS's Hit Drama Moves to Sundays at 10:00 PM, ET/PT

"Stolen" -- The team searches for a missing 5-year-old boy and his abductor when they're tipped off about the abduction by the kidnapper's 12-year-old son, on the fifth season premiere of WITHOUT A TRACE, Sunday, Sept. 24 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Randy Zisk directed the episode written by David Amann, one of the series' co-executive producers.

At the FBI offices, Bryan remains traumatized after barely escaping his enraged father, Randall, who foiled Bryan's attempt to sneak the 5-year-old Todd out of the house. Bryan reveals that Randall brought Todd home a week ago, explaining that he was watching Todd for a few days for a friend. While Samantha attempts to get Bryan to disclose more about Randall without pushing him over the edge, the rest of the team searches for Todd and his kidnapper while also trying to uncover Todd's true identity.

WITHOUT A TRACE is a riveting drama about the New York Missing Persons Squad of the FBI. The sole responsibility of the special task force is to find missing persons, by applying advanced psychological profiling techniques to peel back the layers of the victims' lives and trace their whereabouts in an effort to discover whether they have been abducted, been murdered, committed suicide or simply run away. The team reconstructs a "day of disappearance" timeline that details every minute of the 24 hours prior to the disappearance and digs into every facet of the victim's life, following one simple rule: learn who the victim is in order to learn where the victim is. Senior agent Jack Malone (Anthony LaPaglia), a tough but compassionate, seasoned and astute professional, heads the dedicated team that knows too well that every second counts when someone vanishes. His squad includes Samantha Spade (Poppy Montgomery), an agent whose blonde good looks belie a tough, complex approach to her work; Vivian Johnson (Marianne Jean-Baptiste), a no-nonsense investigator with a special insight into victims' families; Danny Taylor (Enrique Murciano), whose sensitivity is often covered up by his street smarts; the driven Martin Fitzgerald (Eric Close), whose recent brush with prescription drug addiction revealed a darker side of his straight-laced persona; and the team's newest member, Elena Delgado (Roselyn Sanchez), a resourceful agent who previously worked in the N.Y.P.D.'s Vice unit. As the team members work on varied and complicated cases, details about their own lives continue to unfold.

"911" -- Malone and the team search for a 911 operator who goes missing after receiving a threatening phone call from a man who asked for her by name, on WITHOUT A TRACE, Sunday, Oct. 8 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jeannot Szwarc directed the episode written by Amanda Segel Marks.

The investigation soon reveals that, in addition to receiving a call from a man who threatened to kill her for interfering with his life, Jessica was also accosted by a man whose wife died while he was seeking Jessicas help on a 911 line. Additionally, though Jessica didnt report it to the police, the team learns that before she vanished, someone broke into her apartment and killed her dog. Meanwhile, Elena still feels awkward about making out with Danny while they were undercover on a previous case.
